Due to all the warm weather, the ice is beyond repair so the rinks and shacks are closed as of Thurs. Mar. 4th
A big thanks to Dawn our canteen coordinator and all the volunteers that helped keep the facilities open for all the neighbourhood kids.
Remember, NO Volunteers = No Programs or Facilities to use!!! | |

AWRA’s AGM will be held this year on Tuesday March 23rd @ 7pm @ Buchanan Hall location.
More info. to come, but it is imperative that we get the residents of our area to attend this meeting and volunteer for some vacant board positions or we will be unable to offer programs.

The upcoming Spring Sports Registration Dates have been set. Registrations will take place at the Buchanan Hall location.
Wed. March 10 - 7-9pm
Sat. March 13 - 10am - noon
Wed. March 17 - 7-9pm
Fees will be posted as soon as they become available from the various sports leagues. | |

Hours of Operation (Weather Dependent) are:
Morgan Rinks:
Mon. - Thurs. 530pm - 9pm
Fri. 530pm - 930pm
Sat. & Sun. 1130am - 6pm
Buchanan Rinks:
Mon. - Thurs. 6pm - 930pm
Fri. 6pm - 10pm
Sat. & Sun. 11am - 6pm

| | NEW VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! | | | |

We’d like to thank the community residents, business partners and other area agencies for their support. We will again be looking to all for further assistance and will be asking everyone to come out and volunteer your valuable time to keep the facilities and programs flourishing for all to enjoy.
Many on the board are nearing the end of their terms after many years of volunteering, so we extend an invitation to old and new area residents to come out and join the association so that we can see the ‘next generation’ of volunteers continue on with the traditions and programs that have become so popular for the Assiniboia West area.
