Hall Rental Information

Main Building Standard Rentals Cost

We charge $25/hour for standard rentals such as birthday parties, baby showers, meetings, and so on. 

Renters can utilize the kitchen which includes the use of fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and more. 

Weekday Rental Cost

We charge $15/hour for Monday - Friday Daytime rentals from 8am - 4pm.

Renters can utilize the kitchen which includes the use of fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and more. 

Socials Rental Cost - 298 Capacities

The cost of a social rental from 8pm to 1am is $800. 

If you'd like to have 2 bartenders provided the cost is $200 extra. 

Renters will be granted access to the hall at noon on the day of your event for set up.

A deposit of $200 is required to book your event. If your event is cancelled further than 30 days from the date, the deposit will be refunded to you in full. Any cancellations within 30 days will also forfeit the deposit.

A $350 damage deposit is also be required, and should that be paid by cheque it will not be cashed unless there was damage at the event or clean up not completed. The damage deposit will be returned or see the cheque destroyed after the venue is reviewed following the event.

The Liquor license is up to the renter to acquire. 

Wedding Rental Cost- 298 capacity 

The cost of a wedding rental from 9am to 1 am is $850.  

If you'd like to have 2 bartenders provided the cost is $200 extra.

Weekday Rental Cost

Renters can utilize the half kitchen which includes the use of fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

The renter is responsible for:

  • Setting up and taking down tables, chairs and décor
  • Sweeping the floors 
  • Mopping any spills in the area 
  • Collecting and removing garbage to appropriate bin outside
  • Cleaning all areas used in the kitchen (wiping down counter, fridge stove or microwave should there be a spill etc.) 

We accept e-transfers as payment for all rentals. Should you require different forms of payment please ask.
